We are seeking a QA Team Lead to join a fast-growing technology-driven company based in Dubai. This is a 1-year renewable contract, offering an opportunity to work with cutting-edge test automation frameworks, DevOps tools, and Agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the QA team, ensuring high-quality testing standards.
Develop and implement test automation frameworks and best practices.
Define and optimize the QA strategy, integrating it into the product development lifecycle.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define testing requirements.
Ensure compliance with software engineering and security standards.
Track QA metrics to improve test coverage and performance.
Conduct manual and automated testing for web applications.
What We’re Looking For:
10+ years of experience in manual & automation testing.
5+ years of experience in a QA Lead/QA Manager role.
Expertise in QA methodologies, test automation frameworks, and Agile processes.
Hands-on experience with Playwright, JavaScript, Docker, Git, Bitbucket, SQL.
Strong troubleshooting skills for frontend and backend testing.
Familiarity with DevOps tools & CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work with remote teams across different time zones.
