. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Functional Accountabilities

  • Coordinate with the Project Team to ensure the availability of resources required by contractors for optimal execution of quality assurance activities.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure Quality Assurance Engineers comply with company policies, quality standards, and approved procedures.
  • Guide and support QA Engineers and Consultants during pre-inspections to achieve the required quality standards and project specifications.
  • Ensure QA Engineers adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while conducting inspections, preparing snag reports, and developing Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
  • Review and verify snag lists and BOQs before submission to the Commercial Team for further processing.
  • Ensure properties and projects scheduled for handover are fully prepared and quality inspections are completed within the stipulated turnaround time.
  • Perform final verification and approval of completion certificates and close-out documentation submitted by subcontractors.
  • Conduct weekly coordination meetings with Project Teams and Consultants to identify quality issues, delays, and improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor attendance and performance of outsourced QA personnel and review monthly activity and inspection reports.
  • Review and approve client appointment requests received through the DAMAC Living App.
  • Handle escalated customer concerns and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Identify training needs and provide periodic coaching and technical training to QA Engineers to enhance performance and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with the CRM Team by providing project-related documents, drawings, and technical information whenever required.
  • Ensure all handover documentation, including as-built drawings, warranty certificates, operation manuals, and related records, are received from the Project Management Team and properly maintained.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, handovers, snagging history, and cluster-related information, and provide regular updates to management.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive customer journey throughout the property handover process.

Reporting

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of timely, accurate, and comprehensive reports, dashboards, and management information to meet departmental and organizational requirements.
  • Provide regular updates on inspection status, handover readiness, quality metrics, client feedback, and operational performance indicators.
