What You’ll Do:
Conduct post-repair quality checks on serviced vehicles to ensure all work was completed to the highest standard
Collaborate with technicians and advisors to resolve any deficiencies or outstanding items
Test drive vehicles with customers and technicians when needed to verify concerns or completed work
Prioritize and help advance vehicles through production, keeping the shop floor flowing smoothly
Maintain accurate records and communicate updates clearly with team members and service leaders
Support overall service team performance by ensuring quality and timely delivery of vehicles
What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience in automotive quality control, shop foreman work, or a related role (required)
Solid understanding of vehicle systems and repair processes
Sharp attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced service environment
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
