Quality Assurance & Safety Coordinator

We are seeking a Quality Assurance & Safety Coordinator to oversee and enhance our QA and safety programs, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and a culture of continuous improvement.
Job Summary:
The QA & Safety Coordinator will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and improving quality control and safety programs. This role ensures compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and workplace safety standards while driving initiatives to enhance overall operational quality and safety culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance and safety programs.
Conduct routine inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and industry best practices.
Investigate quality and safety concerns, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
Provide training and guidance to employees on quality standards and workplace safety procedures.
Monitor and analyze safety incidents, implement preventive measures, and maintain documentation.
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations.
Work closely with operations, management, and employees to foster a proactive safety and quality culture.
Maintain accurate records of quality checks, incidents, corrective actions, and training sessions.
Lead or assist with internal and external audits.
Stay up to date on industry trends and regulatory changes, implementing best practices accordingly.
Ensure organization on the production floor by implementing structure and holding teams accountable
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous experience in quality assurance, workplace safety, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and quality management systems.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and training abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with different departments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to maintain detailed reports and documentation.

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
