Quality Control Inspector
Monday-Friday
1st Shift
$17.75 Starting

Responsibilities
Inspect products to ensure that they meet quality standards
Create tests for quality control of products
Disassemble product parts to inspect them individually
Monitor production operations to ensure conformance to company specifications
Direct assembly adjustments to ensure operations reflect quality standards
Ensure products meet customer expectations based on company objectives
Communicate the results of inspections and put forward corrective suggestions
Write reports to document deficiencies and errors of product
Detailed Check/inspect first complete build per work cell at start up, every 2 hrs, and at change over of size and print.
After inspecting each lift of completed product, band, stencil and paint all components as required by the Production Control Form.
Visually check the quality of all components as they are banded, stenciled and/or painted
Have assembler repair components that have protruding, missing or misfired nails.
Ensure that any non-conforming parts are removed, Hold tag applied and placed in a hold area. Ensure to always bring to the attention of the Team Lead and/or Supervisor
After the above is completed, sign the tag and place tag on the finished product
Qualifications
Able to read a tape measure
Able to / Learn to read schematics
Stand for long periods of time
Team lift up to 25 pounds
