Summary of the Role:
Our client is hiring a Quality Strategy Management Manager to lead QA strategy, manage a skilled team, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality products and elevate user experience. This is a strategic leadership role at the intersection of product, engineering, and business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and execute QA strategy and roadmaps aligned with business risk.
• Manage, mentor, and evaluate a high-performing QA team.
• Collaborate with PdMs, developers, and business teams to drive quality improvements.
• Use data (e.g., SQL) to identify and implement actionable quality initiatives.
• Promote UX-focused enhancements to elevate overall product experience.
Key Requirements:
• 3+ years each in QA, engineering, and team management roles.
• Experience in IT/Web companies with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead QA strategy development and execution.
• Native-level Japanese; business-level English.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
