SUMMARY
The Quality Assurance Technician is responsible for monitoring and recording all CCPs, CPs and Quality Checks throughout the production and packaging processes. This is an evening shift from 1:00pm-10:00pm, with training during first shift.

- Standing for long periods of time, walking, bending, lifting, stooping, crouching, kneeling intermittently
- Ability to work in a cold or hot environment
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE DESIRED
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in manufacturing environment
- Experience with government regulatory requirements in the processing of food and ability to work with regulatory bodies such as the FDA, USDA, OTCO, GFCO, OSHA, etc.
Day Shift Available: 7:00am to 3:30pm; Monday through Friday
Afternoon Shift Available: 3:30pm to 12:00pm; Monday through Friday
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour
