Position Overview:
The Quality Supervisor will oversee quality assurance processes, ensure compliance with industry standards, and lead a team of quality professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, preferably within the manufacturing or tire industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 standards.
Lead and mentor the quality team, providing training and support to ensure adherence to quality practices.
Identify and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions as necessary.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Analyze quality data and metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulations impacting quality management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Quality Management).
5+ years of experience in quality assurance or quality management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Have an ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 certification active.
Experience with Vipal products is Mandatory to be successful in this role.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and communication abilities.
