Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of our Quality Department. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks.
Responsibilities
Perform administrative and data management tasks including responding to emails, preparing reports and presentations, and assisting with quality-related projects as needed.
Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining records and databases.
Monitor and maintain the NetSuite dashboard daily to track work orders submitted to QA for inspection.
Perform accurate data entry of QA records, inspection results, and non-conformance reports into NetSuite and internal databases.
Assist in the preparation of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and collect supporting documentation for non-conforming materials.
Participate in product inspection activities using measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) to learn core quality control processes.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a data-driven administrative, operations support, or QA/production environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Google Workplace is a plus.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Strong work ethic, curiosity to learn, and willingness to grow into a more technical QA role over time.
Schedule
Monday-Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
Compensation
The compensation for this position ranges from $24-26/hour, depending on experience. Eravant also offers an annual potential bonus and a rich benefits package that includes:
