Connect Appointments have an
exciting
opportunity for an experienced QA Technician to join our established client’s quality team in Ayr!

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
Pay rate: £12.10 per hour
Working as a QA Technician:
Conducting hourly checks of despatch, labels, metal detection CCP, temperature and product quality checks
Logging daily DNA samples
Following a testing schedule with regards to samples that are sent to the lab
Conducting start-up checks and calibration of probes and scales
What we need from you:
Previous experience in
quality assurance
processes (essential)
Experience in meat manufacturing (preferable, but not essential)
Excellent
communication skills
The ability to work to targets and deadlines
Strong
attention to detail
