Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Visual Inspector/Packer to join our quality assurance team.
In this role, you will perform visual inspections of molded products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications before packaging for distribution. While prior experience is welcome, it is not required—we provide training to ensure you succeed in the role. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
Perform visual inspections of molded products to identify defects such as surface imperfections, flash, warping, or discoloration.
Ensure all products meet quality standards before packaging.
Accurately document inspection results and report non-conformances to the quality team.
Package approved products according to company and customer specifications.
Follow established procedures and guidelines aligned with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation while adhering to workplace safety protocols.
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify small defects.
Willingness to learn and follow quality control procedures.
Basic organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
No prior experience required; training will be provided.
