About the Position
CCC Building Services is hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Lead to oversee cleaning quality at a municipal facility in Paonia.
This is not a traditional manager role. You will not be the cleaners’ boss. Your responsibility is to inspect completed work, identify missed items, communicate corrections, and help ensure the building meets our quality standards before the team leaves.
Responsibilities
- Inspect restrooms, offices, hallways, common areas, floors, trash, and supplies
- Check corners, edges, under accessible desks, and around furniture
- Verify toilets, urinals, dividers, sinks, counters, and floors are thoroughly cleaned
- Confirm trash is removed and supplies are restocked
- Complete quality-control checklists and required photos
- Communicate missed items professionally to the cleaning team
- Recheck corrected areas before approving the cleaning
- Report repeated concerns to management
- Complete small touch-ups when needed
- Occasionally fill in as a cleaner when coverage is needed
Quality Expectations
Inspections must be thorough and consistent.
The Quality Assurance Lead will generally arrive while the cleaning team is still working so missed items can be corrected before everyone leaves.
This role is designed to support the team while maintaining accountability. Feedback should always be respectful, professional, and focused on the work.
Schedule
Wednesday: Approximately 5:45 PM
Sunday: Approximately 9:30 AM
Applicants must be consistently available for both days.
Dependable attendance and communication are very important for this position.

Pay & Incentives
Base Pay: $20.00 per hour
After successfully completing the first 30-day introductory period, including meeting attendance, reliability, and performance expectations, employees become eligible for our Quality Performance Incentive Program.
Weekly Incentive: Up to $35 additional pay for meeting weekly quality standards.
Monthly Incentive: Up to $60 additional pay for meeting monthly quality standards.
The monthly incentive replaces the weekly incentive for the final week of the month and does not stack with it.
Incentives are based on successful inspections, completed documentation, correction of quality concerns, consistency, and client satisfaction.
