Schedule: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control Assistant to join our team. This role involves working with raw materials, performing sample tests, and assisting with product organization. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, follow instructions, and handle a variety of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Transport raw material samples to the QC lab.
Perform daily sample testing and follow up on retesting of finished goods and raw materials.
Help organize and move “Hold” and “Released” products to the appropriate areas.
Maintain a well-organized system for samples by date and batch number.
Inspect the quality of materials received for any damages.
Assist with re-organizing raw materials and supporting inventory management.
Other tasks as needed in various areas of the lab and warehouse.
Job Requirements:
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds (occasionally).
Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to follow instructions carefully.
Spanish-speaking is a plus but not required.
