Get to Know the Role This candidate will be responsible for performing daily QC equipment checks, machine setup, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance.
Duties
include air particle count measurements, incoming material inspections, and supporting measurement requests. Manage QC spare part inventory, prepare reports, and analyze trends. Ensure cleanroom standards are maintained and assist engineers as needed. Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors, contributing to
quality control
and operational efficiency.
Essential Responsibilities Perform machine daily check on QC equipment to ensure equipment’s stability.
Set up machine recipe upon request.
Assist engineers in troubleshooting machines.
Carry out routine machine maintenance.
Support measurement requests.
Conduct incoming checks for incoming materials and release through the system.
Carry out routine measurement for Air Particle Count in cleanroom.
Perform inventory checks for QC spare parts.
Prepare QC reports and review trends.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
Skills and Competencies Profile Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel).Good
communication skills
.
Experience in machine maintenance.
Able to work in shifts (4334, 12 hours) if needed.
