We are looking to hire an experienced QA technician to ensure our company remains compliant with industry regulations. You will provide quality assurance and technical support through testing and auditing process documentation, data collection and analysis, and supporting knowledge transfer.
Responsibilities
Checking and evaluation of the purchased merchandise.
Review of the quality status of the fruit in stock.
Supervision of the daily orders. Compliance with customer requirements.
Prevention of non-conformities and customer complaints.
Ensuring the implementation of the traceability system.
Guarantee the quality and environmental management system implemented.
Support in internal and external audits.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in quality management or a related field.
Knowledge of safety requirements and legal standards.
Food Safety Experience.
Experienced in carrying out inspections and audits.
Professional command of the English language (Dutch or Spanish is a plus).
Experience with avocados is a plus.
Skills
Excellent communication skills and persuasiveness.
Capacity to adapt to many different cultures and environments.
Good teamwork skills, you like to work together and share your knowledge with others.
Analyzing information.
Attention to detail.
Driving license/car is a plus.
