Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (M-F)
This self-motivated individual is responsible for inspection of all products at Motion AI operations and conducting testing processes during and after manufacturing build to ensure that products comply with quality standards. They perform the following duties personally or through non-supervisory direct reports.

Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, drawings, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak and write effectively.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Manufacturing software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
- Will have a thorough knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, process improvement, and warehouse methods. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be a highly organized, self-motivated individual who can work independently and accountably and inspire high performance from a team.
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities and easily adapt to changing situations.
