Quality Assurance Technician – Monday to Friday (No Weekends!)

What You’ll Be Doing
- Taking ownership of on‑site quality and technical improvement projects.
- Reviewing and updating SOPs to keep our processes sharp and compliant.
- Working closely with the Technical Manager to introduce and embed new procedures.
- Carrying out hands‑on inspections and quality checks to ensure we meet internal and industry requirements.
- Recording audit findings with accuracy and escalating any issues that need attention.
- Verifying that products consistently meet customer expectations and site standards.
- Following the site’s sampling and swabbing programme to maintain high hygiene and safety levels.
- Supporting investigations when quality issues arise and helping drive corrective actions.
What You Bring
- A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to doing things right.
- Solid understanding of quality systems and food safety requirements.
- Familiarity with GMP within a food production environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to stay organised in a busy setting.
- Confidence using IT systems and digital tools.
- Flexibility to adapt when needed — but no weekend work, ever.
