As we expand our operations, we’re looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to help us maintain and elevate the standards we’re known for.

The Role:

As a Quality Assurance Technician at Bohr, you’ll be a key part of the QA and wider operational team, ensuring that all processes, products, and documentation meet our internal quality standards and industry regulations. You’ll be involved in daily quality checks, documentation review, non-conformance investigations, and support continuous improvement across the business alongside working with us to develop our business strategy and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and final products

Support implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS)

Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with internal and regulatory requirements

Work with our laboratory and operations team to ensure the highest levels of operational excellence

Monitor production and testing activities to ensure adherence to SOPs and specifications

Record and investigate deviations, non-conformances, and customer complaints

Assist with root cause analysis and implementation of corrective/preventive actions (CAPAs)

Support internal and external audits and contribute to audit readiness across our range of certifications and accreditations such as ATEX/UKCA/IECEx and various ISO standards

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, engineering, and R&D

What We’re Looking For:

A qualification in a science or engineering-related discipline (or equivalent experience)

Previous experience in a quality assurance or quality control role

Familiarity with global quality and gas industry standards

Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills

Proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and quality software
