Position: Quality Assurance Specialist
Hours of Work:
Monday through Friday: 8:30AM-5:00PM
Full-Time, Non-Exempt

In This Role, You Will…
Provide guidance, direction, and assistance for all Servicing Systems projects by testing software data and analyzing the results. Assist in assuring projects are completed timely while ensuring compliance to both company policy and governing laws within the origination and servicing system.
Responsibilities:
Define and complete appropriate testing to evaluate project compliance.
Test for data quality and user interface functionality.
Evaluate, assess, and report on results of projects and project timelines.
Plan and implement release of projects to the company.
Create user and “How to” guides for software releases, testing, and compliance.
Maintain quality assurance documentation to ensure that it remains up to date.
Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project guidelines.
Collaborate with team to understand product changes and QA testing requirements to address issues or defects within a timely manner.
May perform additional functions depending on market demand and staffing in order to provide consistent quality customer service.
Required Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent.
One (1) year of experience in the consumer lending/financial industry with a focus on servicing systems or in a similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Critical thinking sound judgment, flexibility, initiative, and commitment in an environment of rapid change.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; ability to multi-task, change direction, effectively prioritize, and meet deadlines with both local and remote staff.
Highly-motivated self-starter with strong work ethic, exceptional attention to detail, and ability to support multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project administration skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to communicate professionally and effectively with vendors, service dealers, customers, and all levels of company staff.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, finance, or related field.
Loan servicing software knowledge.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit for extended periods; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to move about. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to twenty (20) pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.

Compensation: Hourly Rate (commensurate with experience)
