What You’ll Do
As a QA Technician, you’ll be one of the key people responsible for protecting the quality and safety of every product leaving our facility.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitor production to ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and customer standards.
- Perform inspections on raw materials, production processes, and finished products.
- Verify product specifications including weights, temperatures, packaging, labeling, and appearance.
- Conduct GMP, sanitation, and HACCP inspections throughout the facility.
- Complete quality documentation accurately and in real time.
- Collect samples for testing and analyze findings.
- Identify quality concerns and work with Production, Maintenance, and Sanitation teams to resolve them quickly.
- Assist during USDA, FDA, customer, and third-party audits.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen our food safety culture.
- Help maintain compliance with company policies, GMPs, HACCP, SQF, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous Quality Assurance or Quality Control experience preferred.
- Food manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, SQF, USDA, or FDA regulations is a plus.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and data entry.
- Ability to stand, walk, and work in a refrigerated production environment.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally.

Schedule
- Full-Time

- Overtime available based on production needs
Compensation
$15.00-$18.00 per hour (based on experience)
