Position: Quality Assurance Technician 1
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support the complaint management team in handling and disposition of medical device samples.
- Accurately document and record sample details and findings in designated systems.
- Use basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office for data entry and record management.
- Work independently for extended periods, following established procedures and training.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and handle samples responsibly.
- Lift and carry boxes up to 25 lbs and perform tasks that require standing, bending, or sitting for long durations.
Experience Required
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
- Experience working in a professional environment, preferably in a regulated industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel – managing datasets, entering data, and using functions effectively.
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications and web-based systems.
Skills & Certifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and long working hours in a focused setting.
Eligibilities & qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED (required).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs; comfortable with standing, sitting, or bending for extended periods.
