JOB SUMMARY:
The Clinical Intelligence product line at Reveleer places a strong emphasis on Quality Assurance, with a commitment to delivering high-quality products to our customers. Quality Engineering team members play a critical role in this mission and are deeply integrated into our software development process. As a QA Analyst, you will be responsible for building, testing, and maintaining test solutions for our web applications and integration services. While the primary focus of this role is testing web-based applications within Clinical Intelligence, data plays a central role in enabling our services. As such, ensuring robust data quality assurance and reliability is also a key responsibility.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create, assist, and troubleshoot the development of Test Automation Framework, standards, procedures, processes, and best practices as related to Test Automation
Maintain and Guide Test Automation Suites. Execution and undertaking analysis of results to ensure that software meets or exceeds specified standards and/or client and technical requirements
Collaborate with project stakeholders to identify and implement appropriate quality initiatives throughout the software development lifecycle
Build and maintain strong relationships with Engineering, IT Services, IT Solutions teams, and customers to accelerate the delivery of high-quality IT solutions
Operate within established quality assurance frameworks to promote stability, scalability, and efficiency
Take ownership of testing integrity and coordinate the planning and execution of testing and acceptance activities
Assist in the development of quality assurance and testing policies, standards and procedures, processes, and best practices as related to automation through a Community of Practice
Participate in a SCRUM agile environment to deliver robust, reliable, quality deliverables
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in QA or software testing as part of the software development process
Some hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Cypress, Selenium, Cucumber, or JMeter
Basic working knowledge of SQL (specifically PostgreSQL); database queries, validations, etc.
General understanding of PHI and HIPAA compliance concepts
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices, including participation in daily standups or team meetings
(Preferred) Introductory experience or familiarity with healthcare EHR systems like Epic or Athena
(Preferred) Exposure to healthcare data (e.g., claims, eligibility, labs, or provider data)

SALARY RANGE: $70,000 – $80,000 / annually
