Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Minimum Requirement: Position requires a High School Diploma or GED.
Summary: Performs daily quality testing in the cut-up process of the slaughter facility by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Performs testing using approved procedures.
Creates records in a manner that meets quality standards.
Reports all important events to Lead and/or Quality Supervisor in a timely manner.
Responsible for any and all directives set forth by Senior Quality Management.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
