What’s the role.
Responsible for manufacturing verification, validation and calibration
Provide technical support to the business
Assist in releasing manufactured products
Conduct product and environmental testing
Conduct preoperational hygiene checks as required
Collect and submit product samples for testing
Conduct calibrations
Raise and investigate NCR’s
Conduct internal audits. Â
What are we looking for?
Tertiary Qualification in Food Technology, Science
Experience with food assurance programs, HACCP, GMP
Able to work autonomously
Ideally experience with product release programs
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Advanced MS Office skills.
Flexible to work afternoon shift hours if required.
