Own the testing function. Lead the team. Deliver a major Salesforce transformation.
We’re working exclusively on a huge transformation project. This isn’t another Test Lead role where you’re simply coordinating testing.
This is an opportunity to take complete ownership of the testing function through a critical go-live and into the next phase of delivery.
You’ll inherit a small team, work directly with senior stakeholders and the Salesforce delivery partner, and have the autonomy to shape how testing is delivered.
What you’ll be doing
✅ Leading a small QA team (1 person)
✅ Owning the end-to-end testing strategy
✅ Managing Jira, defects and reporting
✅ Producing executive-level test dashboards and metrics
✅ Coordinating business testing with internal stakeholders
We’re looking for someone with
- Previous Test Lead / QA Lead experience
- Strong Salesforce testing experience
- Jira and defect management expertise
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Experience leading testers and managing delivery
- Someone who is proactive, organised and doesn’t need to be micromanaged
Automation experience isn’t essential – the environment is currently focused on manual testing.

Remote first (occasional London visits if you wish)
Competitive day rate (Outside IR35)
4-month initial contract with strong extension potential
