We are hiring a QA Test Manager for one of our top clients. This role requires strong leadership in test strategy, automation, and execution, along with fluency in German (C1 level or higher).
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Define test strategy, select/adapt suitable test methods & tools, and create test concepts (test tools, environments, test data).
✅ Lead Test Automation (BDD) aligned with enterprise Appian Strategy, preferably using Cucumber & Selenium.
✅ Set up and execute load/performance, interface, and security tests.
✅ Monitor and control test progress across all phases, providing detailed reports.
✅ Identify errors, communicate findings, and implement corrective measures.
✅ Design, implement, and evaluate functional & technical software tests.
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years in a test managerial role with hands-on experience in test methodologies & tools.
Strong expertise in SDLC, Safe Agile, and DevOps practices.
Proficiency in test management tools (X-Ray Jira, Confluence, ALM).
Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (Selenium, Cucumber, Junit, BDD).
Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with low-code platforms or BPM tools is a plus.
