Key Responsibilities:
Execute manual and automated tests to ensure software quality across platforms.
Identify, document, and track software defects using Jira.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging Confluence for documentation and knowledge sharing.
Conduct testing on iPads and other devices to ensure compatibility and performance.
Create and execute test cases, scripts, and scenarios for new features and updates.
Provide clear and concise communication regarding testing progress, issues, and results.
Work closely with developers to reproduce, prioritize, and resolve bugs.
Qualifications:
At least 4 years of work experience
Proven experience as a QA Tester or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and tools.
Experience with Jira and Confluence (preferred).
Hands-on experience testing on devices such as iPads (a strong plus).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with immersive simulations or VR technology.
Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with automated testing tools.
