About the Role
Our Client is looking for Quality Assurance Testers to join their LANGUAGE team. In this role, you will execute test cases, analyze failures, file defects, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our testing processes. You will work within a defined test strategy and follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while collaborating with QA Engineers, QA Managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality customer experiences.
You need to have QA testing experience and fluency in one or more non English languages as follows – Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Hindi, Arabic, Japanese

Key Responsibilities
Manual Testing
- Executing test cases on websites, apps, or software systems
- Checking whether features work as expected
- Performing regression testing after fixes or updates
- Testing across browsers, devices, or operating systems
Language Validation
- Use your language skills to review and complete cultural and linguistic validation – ensure responses are accurate, natural, and appropriate for the target locale
Bug Reporting
- Identifying defects, errors, or usability issues
- Logging bugs in systems like Jira, Azure DevOps, or TestRail
- Writing clear reproduction steps
- Verifying whether developers fixed reported issues
Other
- Install and configure software, tools, and test environments needed to execute tests.
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance or testing.
- Fluent proficiency in one or more non-English languages (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Hindi, Arabic, Japanese).
- Experience executing manual and automated test cases in a structured testing environment.
- Experience in key tools like JIRA, Portman, Selenium would be desirable
- Software installation and configuration experience across multiple platforms (Mac, Windows, Linux and Mobile devices) would be desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and logical thinking
Additional Preferred Experience
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- familiarity with Agile/Scrum would be an advantage
- Experience testing voice assistants, conversational AI, or NLU-based products.
- Familiarity with automation frameworks and the ability to run and review automated scripts (e.g., Python, Ruby or Shell scripts).
