Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce QA/BA Developer to join our Financial Products Division team within Information Services. This role combines quality assurance, business analysis, and technical development to support, test, and improve Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both QA and BA disciplines, with a focus on Salesforce systems, and will thrive in a fast-paced, Agile-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements for Salesforce-related projects.

Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).

Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Identify, log, and retest defects; work closely with developers to resolve issues.

Analyze current workflows and recommend process improvements based on business analysis.

Participate in Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and reviews.

Document test results, business requirements, and project changes for reference and audits.

Conduct training sessions for end-users on newly released features or enhancements.

Typical Day in the Role:

Tasks are assigned via Azure DevOps and ServiceNow.

Participation in daily/weekly Agile SCRUM meetings.

High collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Hybrid work environment transitioning to full-time onsite in 2026.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

5-7 years of relevant experience in QA and/or BA roles, with emphasis on Salesforce.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).

Strong manual testing experience; familiarity with testing tools is a plus.

Experience writing SQL queries and understanding relational database concepts.

Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.

Working knowledge of programming and system design principles.

Business Analysis Skills:

Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.

Experience conducting workshops, interviews, and documenting requirements.

Soft Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.

Self-driven with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
