We’re on the hunt for a skilled and passionate Senior QA Engineer to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our platform by designing, implementing, and maintaining robust testing frameworks. Responsibilities
Automation Strategy & Implementation: Develop and implement robust automation testing frameworks to ensure comprehensive coverage and efficiency across web, mobile, and API testing.
Tool Expertise: Leverage tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Detox, Appium, and similar frameworks to build scalable automation solutions.
CI/CD Integration: Design, set up, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline testing and deployment processes.
API Testing: Create and maintain automated API test suites to ensure the reliability and performance of backend services.
Mentorship & Leadership: Guide and mentor QA and tech team members, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing in automation testing practices.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance testing processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.
Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle.
Quality Advocacy: Promote a culture of automation and quality within the team, influencing practices and decision-making at all levels.
Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in automation testing for web, mobile, and backend APIs.
Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in tools like Playwright, Cypress, Detox, Appium, or similar frameworks.
CI/CD Knowledge: Proven experience in integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
API Testing Skills: Advanced knowledge in creating and maintaining API test suites.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide QA or tech teams, promoting best practices in automation testing.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on identifying and addressing gaps in test coverage.
Communication: Exceptional communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and documentation.
Initiative: A proactive and self-driven approach with a commitment to driving automation excellence.
