- Ability to review and document QA checklists, workflows, and campaign artifacts
- Strong expertise in process mapping and gap analysis
- Good understanding of marketing tools and platforms
- Ability to identify operational inefficiencies and control gaps
- Strong documentation and presentation skills
We are looking for candidates with hands-on experience in Digital Marketing Operations (DMO) QA.
