Roles and Responsibilities:
Minimum 7 years of experience in software quality assurance, with 2-3 years in a Test Lead or Senior QA role.
Preferred 3+ years of experience within the Oil & Gas sector.
Direct experience with EHS/Sustainability software like e-Cow is a significant advantage.
Strong proficiency in developing test strategies and overseeing comprehensive test case design and execution.
Expertise in test management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, ALM Octane).
Hands-on experience with at least one test automation tool (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, UFT) and API/SQL testing.
Proven leadership, mentoring, and team-building capabilities.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
