EasyDo is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company providing an automated Fill & Sign platform that also supports HR and organizational processes. The product is used by thousands of businesses, including leading enterprise organizations.

We are looking for a hands-on QA professional to take ownership of product quality. The role focuses primarily on QA, with additional involvement in Tier 2 technical support for deeper investigation of production issues and close alignment between the product and real customer use cases.

  • Qualifications
  • Perform manual QA testing, including sanity and regression tests
  • Test new features end-to-end according to product specifications
  • Build, maintain, and expand automated QA tests
  • Work closely with R&D and Product teams on quality and stability
  • Investigate, reproduce, and document complex production issues
  • Work with REST APIs, Webhooks, and testing tools
  • Participate in Tier 2 support cases to analyze root causes
  • Provide technical input and guidance to Customer Success teams
  • Document test cases, issues, and processes clearly and consistently

Requirements

  • Hands-on QA background in a SaaS B2B environment
  • Experience building QA automation tests
  • Experience working with REST APIs and tools such as Postman or Insomnia
  • Experience testing Webhooks
  • Familiarity with GitHub and automated testing frameworks is, advantage for Cypress
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript
  • Experience testing Android applications
  • Advantage for experience with CRM systems and HR platforms
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills

This role is primarily focused on QA ownership within a production SaaS environment. Tier 2 support involvement is part of the role to improve product quality through real-world insights, not as a customer-facing support position.
