Job Description:
Collaborate closely with Product Owner, Scrum Master, Architects, Configuration Specialists, and Practice Leads.
Create testing paths, build and execute manual tests (test cases and scenarios), and prepare necessary test data.
Design labels on the Central Label Management platform.
Create, verify, and update technical documentation as needed.
Support customers with both informal and formal testing (e.g., SAT, UAT).
Work cooperatively with team members across multiple time zones.
Utilize analytical thinking to diagnose issues.
Contribute to continual improvement initiatives.
Effectively organize your work.
Demonstrate willingness to develop and learn.
Skills:
Fluent in English (B2/C1 level; German or Polish is a plus).
Experience with Manual Testing, Test Case Creation, and Execution.
Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
2+ years of experience working on Agile projects (SAFe Certification is a plus, mandatory after joining).
Experience working in CSV / GMP environments.
