Responsibilities:
Identify best test cases for automation and plan overall framework development.
Identify areas suitable for automation and develop scripts to automate test cases.
Perform end-to-end REST API testing, including test plans and test cases creation.
Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks using Java.
Contribute to creating, enhancing, and maintaining automation frameworks.
Support in identifying and implementing automation projects.
Mentor new team members in testing best practices and automation frameworks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, revise, and implement automation-based systems.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in automation scripting using Selenium with Java and/or C#.
Strong background in using industry-standard performance testing automation tools.
Experience in automation testing of mobile applications using tools like Appium.
Solid experience in Selenium, Java, TestNG, WebDriver, Ant, and Maven.
Proficiency in programming languages like Java, JavaScript, Python.
Hands-on experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, JMeter, Postman.
Experience with UI test automation tools like Selenium, UFT.
Good understanding of BDD (Behavior Driven Development) and hands-on experience in automation development.
Ability to troubleshoot various automation systems and provide training to operational personnel.
Nice to have:
Specific knowledge of Siemens automation products or experience in a regulated pharmaceutical/medical device manufacturing environment.
Experience in cloud automation and DevOps operations.
Experience in API testing and mobile app automation using Rest Assured.
