About the role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable QA Tester to support quality assurance for a digital product platform through a structured, instruction-driven testing process. In this role, you will execute predefined test cases to validate functionality, usability, and overall product quality.
This position requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to follow step-by-step instructions accurately. You will work independently in a remote environment while collaborating closely with internal teams to report issues and help maintain high quality standards for a US-based audience.
What you’ll do
- Execute predefined test cases by following detailed, step-by-step instructions
- Test websites, web applications, and interactive features for functionality and usability
- Validate specific features and user flows (e.g., sign-up, onboarding, checkout)
- Identify and report bugs, broken features, edge cases, or unexpected behavior
- Clearly document issues, including:
-Description of the issue
-Affected feature or flow
-Steps to reproduce
- Submit test results by logging findings in the company’s testing portal
- Perform functional, usability, and regression testing
- Retest fixes and confirm resolutions after updates or releases
What we’re looking for
- Experience in QA testing for software or web-based products
- Strong understanding of QA processes, test execution, and bug reporting
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills

- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
