Royex Technologies (https://www.royex.ae) is a Mobile app and Website Development Company based in Dubai. We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications through rigorous testing and validation. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify issues and improve software performance, usability, and security.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile applications.
Perform manual and automated testing to identify defects, inconsistencies, and performance issues.
Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand requirements and define test strategies.
Identify, document, and track bugs using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Bugzilla).
Conduct functional, regression, performance, usability, and security testing.
Work with automation frameworks like Selenium, Appium, JMeter, or Cypress to improve testing efficiency.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and company quality guidelines.
Continuously research and implement best practices to enhance QA processes.
Required Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of experience is required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC methodologies.
Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or JMeter.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as C#, .Net, JavaScript (preferred).
Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, Docker.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in API testing using Postman or similar tools.
Knowledge of performance and security testing methodologies.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
ISTQB certification (a plus).
