Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented Quality Engineer with extensive experience in automation testing and financial messaging systems such as SWIFT, FED/CHIPS, ISO20022, and FpML. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining automation frameworks to ensure the delivery of high-quality software through effective testing strategies.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks utilizing BDD (Cucumber Java, Selenium, TestNG).
Generate, execute, and oversee automated test scripts for in-sprint and regression testing purposes.
Collaborate closely with development and product teams to detect defects and improve software quality.
Conduct thorough UI and database testing using Oracle/SQL to validate data integrity.
Validate SWIFT MT, MX, ISO20022, FED.CHIPS, T2, and T2S message formats for end-to-end integration.
Manage test activities utilizing JIRA/Zephyr while ensuring clear communication and reporting of progress and results.
Utilize GIT for version control purposes and uphold comprehensive documentation of test scripts and outcomes.
Continuously evaluate and enhance testing processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
6–8 years of experience in SWIFT, FED/CHIPS, ISO20022, FpML
Proficient debugging skills at SWIFT/MX message tag level
Expertise in: Cucumber, Java, Selenium/TestNG, IntelliJ, GIT, Postman/Rest API, Oracle/SQL, JIRA/Zephyr
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering (required)
Preferred:
Proficiency in Python and automation framework design
Familiarity with SWIFT-AMH platform
