Title: Quality Assurance Tester

Only W2 Candidates and local candidates who can work on-site in Florida client office.
Preference is for a candidate close to the client in Tallahassee Florida or Florida. Candidate must be in east coast and open to travel. Travel will be a total of 6-8 weeks during the 2 year contract duration. Candidate will be required to go into office if in Tallahassee.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough testing of software applications to identify defects, bugs, and usability issues
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage
Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements and provide feedback on potential issues
Document and track defects, and work with the team to resolve them in a timely manner
Perform regression testing to ensure that previously identified issues have been resolved
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing
Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm’s respectful and courteous work environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience as a QA Tester or similar role
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
Familiarity with bug tracking systems and test management tools
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
