Position Description:
Our client is looking for multiple QA Tester candidates for a remote, contract to hire position where you will create/update manual and automated test cases to meet the security, coding and functionality standards.
Responsibilities:
Be involved in all aspects of the SDLC, including but not limited to the test/release cycle which involves executing and/or performing manual and automated tests, reviewing results, troubleshooting, and updating tests if needed.
Write documentation to support test results including defect reports and tracking defect resolutions.
Participate in team standups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, requirements team meetings, and retrospective.
Troubleshoot production issues.
Create integration tests.
Develop tools and practices that will increase the efficiency of your team.
Work seamlessly with others in a collaborative and team-oriented setting.
Skills:
3-4 years Test Automation Experience
Experience with Object Oriented programming
High competency with Visual Studio 2019 and above
Proficiency with SQL
Proficiency with Excel
Proficiency with C#
High competency with Azure DevOps, including Test Plans and continuous integration
Self-starter who can grasp difficult concepts quickly
High-level of analytical skills and attention to detail
Required Education:
BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
