Quality Control Inspector
The Inspectors is responsible for understanding customer blueprints and requirements to effectively inspect manufactured parts. Following inspection specifications for products or processes.
Daily duties will include but are not limited to:
· Perform FAI for in process orders
· Perform daily in process inspection of actively running orders
· Creating Inspection forms
· Document Control
· Responsible for accuracy and timely inspection/calibration of monitoring and measuring devices.
· Utilize all inspection equipment micrometers/gages/cmm
· Collaborate with team on process improvements
· Ensure that all documentation meets customer requirements
·
Experience in a machine shop is a must.
Familiarity with GD&T is strongly encouraged
Background with CMM and comparator are preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $26.00 per hour
