Job Description
Seeking a QA & Testing Lead to validate the Amazon Connect environment post-migration. Responsible for developing testing plans, executing tests, and ensuring the platform meets functional, performance, security, and compliance standards.
– Create testing plans for functionality, security, and performance
– Develop and execute test cases for contact flows and integrations
– Identify defects, coordinate fixes
– Validate compliance with banking security and privacy
– Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
– Use tools: Selenium, JMeter, JIRA, CloudWatch
– Skills: QA/testing, automation, security standards, banking compliance
Tech Stack & Tools
Testing Tools: Selenium, Postman, JMeter, HP LoadRunner
Issue Tracking: JIRA, Bugzilla
Monitoring & Logging: CloudWatch, Splunk (if applicable)
Qualifications
Experience in QA/testing for contact centers or cloud-based platforms.
Knowledge of banking security standards and compliance (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with automation testing tools is a plus.
