What is the Main Aim of This Position?
To ensure the quality and continuous improvement of Packaging and Raw Material supplier processes by developing, implementing, and standardizing supplier evaluation, approval, and performance systems in alignment with ETi’s standards and regulatory requirements.
What We Expect from You?
To evaluate and approve new Packaging and Raw Material suppliers in line with ETi standards and food safety requirements,
To lead projects for the development of ETis supplier portal and ensure process improvements with Management Information Systems,
To manage and improve quality assurance processes and risk assessments related to Packaging and Raw Material suppliers,
To conduct and follow up on supplier audits and development plans,
To analyze supplier performance data and initiate improvement actions,
To work collaboratively with factories, purchasing, product/packaging development and internal teams to work on projects risk management and issue resolutions,
To iniate projects on invesment needs of suppliers,
To lead/participate strategic projects regarding packaging and material quality,
To provide training to internal stakeholders and ensure standardization in knowledge and processes related to Packaging and Raw Materials.
Why You?
If you hold a bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field,
If you have at least 5 years of experience in Packaging and Raw Material technology, production systems, or process control, food safety and quality assurance,
If you are experienced in supplier management and project execution,
If you have knowledge of MS Office and SAP-QM module,
If you are familiar with BRC Food Safety Standards, SPC/SQC and online control technologies,
If you have strong written and spoken English skills, you’re exactly the one we’re searching for.
