🔍 About the Role
Belgier HR Services is recruiting a Quality & Audit Head on behalf of a leading client in the Cyber Security and Digital Content Protection industry.
We are looking for an experienced Quality & Audit professional to oversee quality assurance, operational audits, documentation validation, and governance compliance across a large-scale anti-piracy monitoring programme.
In this role, you will ensure that monitoring outputs, piracy detection results, digital evidence documentation, and operational procedures maintain high standards of accuracy, transparency, and reliability. You will work closely with monitoring teams, legal documentation units, and operational leadership to drive process quality and operational consistency.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
• Review monitoring outputs to ensure operational accuracy and reliability
• Conduct periodic operational audits across monitoring and enforcement divisions
• Verify digital evidence documentation to ensure required quality and compliance standards are maintained
• Supervise quality assurance procedures across monitoring operations and reporting teams
• Identify operational discrepancies, reporting inconsistencies, and process gaps
• Recommend corrective actions and process improvements to enhance monitoring quality
• Maintain audit documentation, compliance records, and internal review reports
• Support governance reviews, internal compliance assessments, and oversight procedures
• Work closely with operational leadership to improve process transparency and efficiency
• Ensure operational procedures remain aligned with internal quality and audit standards
🛠️ Required Skills
• Strong experience in operational quality assurance and audit management processes
• Knowledge of documentation verification and digital evidence validation procedures
• Familiarity with monitoring operations, data verification workflows, and reporting systems
• Ability to conduct operational reviews, internal audits, and performance assessments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Experience identifying operational discrepancies and implementing quality improvements
• Familiarity with compliance governance and operational review frameworks
• Excellent documentation, reporting, and process evaluation capabilities
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills
• Proficiency in Hindi (reading, writing, and speaking) is mandatory
🎯 Experience
• 10+ years of total professional experience
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Audit, or Operational Review roles
• Experience supervising quality control processes and compliance reviews
• Experience in monitoring operations, operational governance, or digital compliance environments preferred
🎓 Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Quality Assurance, Operations, Business Administration, or related field
• Certifications related to Quality Management, Internal Audit, or Compliance will be an added advantage
• Strong understanding of operational governance and quality assurance frameworks
• Ability to manage quality review processes across large operational environments
