Job Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This position involves conducting thorough inspections, performing quality audits, and collaborating with various departments to maintain our commitment to excellence in manufacturing.
Duties
Conduct quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process items, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
Utilize tools such as Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and Calypso software for precise measurements and data collection.
Analyze inspection results and document findings accurately, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
Implement Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP) throughout the inspection process to uphold regulatory standards.
Participate in quality audits and assist in the development of corrective actions when necessary.
Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues promptly and effectively.
Fabricate test samples as needed for validation purposes.
Qualifications
Proven experience in quality control or assurance within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Familiarity with CGMP regulations and quality inspection methodologies.
Proficient in using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and Calypso software for data analysis.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail to identify defects or inconsistencies.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration across teams.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
