To be successful as a Quality Assurance Manager, you should have experience with:
Demonstrate proven ability to build and scale test automation frameworks that significantly improve quality metrics across complex trading systems
Excel at implementing shift-left testing methodologies that integrate quality practices throughout the development lifecycle
Possess deep understanding of front-to-back trading workflows and financial instruments to effectively test critical business scenarios
Lead and mentor QA teams while fostering quality ownership across development teams and stakeholders
Balance technical expertise with ample communication skills to influence cross-functional teams and drive quality-focused cultural change
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Experience with cloud-based testing infrastructure and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) for scalable test environments
Knowledge of security testing methodologies specific to financial applications and regulatory compliance requirements
Familiarity with AI/ML testing approaches for algorithmic trading systems and quantitative models
Background in performance engineering and load testing at scale for high-frequency trading platforms
Experience with DevOps practices and infrastructure automation to streamline testing pipelines

This role is in Whippany, New Jersey office.
Minimum Salary: $150,000
Maximum Salary: $210,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.

Purpose of the role
To manage change projects that help the organisation achieve its strategic objectives, while ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, in control and in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
Accountabilities
Management of change projects within the organisation, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and to the required quality standards.
Development and management of project plans that outline the scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements for change projects.
Communication with stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, and external partners, to ensure that they are informed about project progress and that their needs and expectations are being met.
Management of project teams, ensuring that they are properly resourced and that they have the necessary skills and expertise to deliver on project objectives.
Management of project budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered within the agreed budget.
Creation of reports on project progress to ensure that proposed solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
Management of project risks, ensuring that risk, assumptions, issues and dependencies are identified, assessed, and mitigated as necessary.
Facilitation of change management activities, including training and communication, to ensure that change projects are successfully implemented and embedded in the organisation.
