Key Responsibilities
Conduct Quality Assurance audits using program-specific criteria aligned with RADV standards.
Deliver clear, constructive, and actionable feedback based on audit findings.
Maintain strict confidentiality and integrity in all audit activities.
Apply a solid understanding of relevant regulations, policies, and industry standards.
Stay informed on best practices and emerging trends in quality assurance.
Participate in required meetings, training sessions, and calibration activities.
Support special projects and initiatives as assigned.
Analyze audit results to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Contribute to a high-performance culture by meeting team expectations.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience.
At least 1 year of customer service experience.
Proficiency with Windows PC applications and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new and complex computer systems.
Experience in a production-driven environment.
Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement.
