Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive quality audits across manufacturing processes to verify compliance with ISO 9001:2019 standards with the long-term goal of IATF.
Perform detailed inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, vision inspection systems to ensure product specifications are met.
Collect and analyze data related to quality metrics, non-conformances, and process performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Utilize calibration tools like calipers and micrometers to verify the accuracy of measurement devices regularly.
Execute quality control checks throughout production stages, ensuring adherence to quality management systems and standards.
Document findings meticulously during quality audits and inspections, preparing detailed reports for management review.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing inspection results and recommending corrective actions aligned with ISO standards.
Requirements
Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of quality systems such as ISO 9001:2015 and 2019.
Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems.
Familiarity with calibration procedures and data collection methods for quality analysis.
Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets accurately.
Experience conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions effectively.
Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills.
