The position of Quality Assurance and Control (QAC) Administrator will perform administrative functions in support of the Quality Assurance & Control and Concrete Services operations of Landmark.
Essential Functions:
Prepare/review various quote requests (RFQs), standard procedures (SOPs), reports, invoices, purchase orders for internal/external processing.
Identify/communicate requests to external vendors related to concrete supply, test labs, concrete pump companies, aggregate quarries, etc.
Maintain standard work procedures and forms for field use.
Update Quality and Concrete Services forms and reports periodically (daily, weekly, monthly).
Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system including non-conformance database and field quality forms.
Other general administrative functions as required.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of two (2) years of similar experience of progressive responsibility
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Effective communication skills in writing and typing
Effective organization skills
