Job: Quality Auditor Lead (Footwear) – North of Vietnam
Role Overview
- Quality Assurance: Continuously monitor products during manufacturing to verify all quality specifications are met. Key performance indicators include reducing failed inspection counts and minimizing repack rates.
- Process Alignment: Implement and maintain QA processes and audit systems in line with brand quality benchmarks.
- Continuous Improvement: Execute, refine, and maintain the integrity of QA frameworks to support broader strategic business goals
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with and guide partner factories to capture critical operational data and resolve production issues effectively.
- Audit and evaluate technical inspection files, quality metrics, workflow processes, and procurement records.
- Analyze operational data to spot defects, propose actionable corrective solutions, and report findings to leadership.
- Collaborate across cross-functional units to support team deliverables and maintain a high-performance working environment.
- Engage in continuous technical and quality training to elevate overall output quality.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent practical experience).
- Prior experience or internships in footwear or related manufacturing environments is preferred.
- Language Skills: Professional fluency in English and Vietnamese is required; conversational or fluent Mandarin is an advantage.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with database applications.
- Core Competencies: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, sharp attention to detail, and a proactive attitude toward learning in the footwear sector.
- Work Environment: Flexibility to split time between office duties and factory floor oversight.
